My Story
I wasn't always
the person you
see today.
I felt stuck. Mentally drained, disconnected, constantly second-guessing myself. No matter what I tried, I kept falling back into the same patterns.
Then I realised: if my mind had been trained one way, it could be retrained another. I went from feeling overweight, depressed, and stuck — to becoming disciplined, driven, and performing at my highest level.
That shift didn't happen by chance. It came from retraining my mind and building real discipline. Now, I help others do the same.
